What Makes a
Strong Candidate

  • BS/MS/PhD in computer science, engineering, physics, math or the equivalent from a top-tier institution
  • 2-5 years of professional experience at a firm where software engineering or quantitative development is business-critical
  • Software development experience in one or more programming languages (C++, Python, Java, JavaScript)
  • Strong ability to learn additional programming languages, algorithms, systems and mathematical concepts
  • Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a motivation to deliver commercial results
  • Flexible and quick to adapt to new insights
  • Reliable team member with collaborative mindset
  • GPA of 3.5 or above
